This includes abnormal respiratory patterns, heavy snoring, and others, but the most common is Sleep Apnea. The term sleep apnea can also be termed as obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). During this condition an individual is unable to breathe due to temporary obstruction of the airway in the throat.
